Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClariCard ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClariCard is a SaaS platform that helps businesses optimize their websites for AI-powered search engines (AEO — Answer Engine Optimization). The Service includes AI Score analysis, FAQ Builder, AI referral tracking, and related tools.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@easyspark.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
• Credits included in a plan do not roll over to the next billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Upgrading or downgrading takes effect immediately; charges are prorated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase by contacting us at contact@easyspark.io. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds for annual plans are prorated at our discretion. Credits purchased separately are non-refundable once used.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting contact@easyspark.io. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Submit URLs or content that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClariCard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content (websites you analyze) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (database), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Google Gemini (AI generation), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI Score results will improve your actual search rankings. Results vary by website and industry.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClariCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
